    Answer: You pay for the apartment, although we do have a maximum amount of people who can stay in each apartment.
  • Question: Do I get fresh towels and soap?
    Answer: Yes
  • Question: Is breakfast included?
    Answer: Yes, one breakfast per person is included in price. Each additional costs 5 Euro
  • Question: Is there a lift?
    Answer: There are no lifts in the Old Town. If you need an apartment with fewer stairs, please specify
  • Question: Are the apartments near the centre?
    Answer: You can't get any closer. Old Town in an ancient heart of the city. New business districts are very close nearby and accessible
  • Question: Are the apartments safe?
    Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments
  • Question: Can I make phone calls from the apartments?
    Answer: In most apartments there are no phones. However you can rent a phone from us – just ask about our cell phone rental service
  • Question: Can I bring a pet?
    Answer: Yes, but we reserve the right to charge for damage
  • Question: How many people can share 1 apartment?
    Answer: From 2 to 3 people. For groups of 4 we suggest joining two apartments
  • Question: Can you reserve a pick-up service from the airport?
    Answer: Yes please let us know in your request and will arrange it for you
  • Question: How do I pay?
    Answer: You pay us in cash (USD, Euro, PLN) or by credit card for the whole stay once you have seen your accommodation. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU IN ADVANCE. In specified cases we also allow banking transfer
  • Question: What does the check-in area look like?
    Answer: Upon arrival in Krakow, you can either phone our office to arrange a check-in time or you can come directly to our office during office hours. We recommend our airport/ train station pickup service. The taxi would take you to the apartment where you would meet our representative. Check-in is after 13:00, although you may be able to check in earlier if someone checks out before 11:00 or if the apartment was empty on the previous night. In the case of late arrivals (after 20:00 during the week or after 17:00 on the weekend) please call us before to set up an appointment.
  • Question: How can I make my reservation with minimum delay?
    Answer: Send a request for your preferred apartment and write into the comments field that if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available, secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. Even quicker way is, however, telephone booking. NOT CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
  • Question: How do I secure my booking?
    Answer: Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending just on your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation letter, we will necessarily ask you for your credit card number and expiry date. This is convenient and safe.     Answer: There are a few parking spaces around the Old Town. The prices vary from 50 PLN (€12) to 90 PLN (€22) per day. Please ask our representative for more details upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. FOR CANCELLING A CONFIRMED RESERVATION THERE WILL BE 20 EURO CHARGE APPLIED (CHARGED UPON CANCELLING)Should the cancellation be made already WITHIN the chargeable period as per the specific cancellation rules, and the total amount due will be higher than 20 Euro, the 20 Euro charge will not be applied additionally.In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. -
